Smith - 40 Henrietta Smith - 37 Rhoda Smith - 16 Mariah Smith - 14 Robert Smith - 12 Windslow Smith - 10 Eugenia Smith - 8 Rosana Smith - 6 James Smith - 4 Phileta Smith - 2 Peter Stroup - 27 Farmer Michael Ingle - 47 Farmer On 19 December 1851, Peter married Malinda Cobb in Catawba County NC. I have not found Peter on the 1860 census, but he and Malinda along with their children appear on the 1870 and the 1880 Lincoln County NC census. Does anyone know when Peter died? Where he is buried? Who his parents were? Any help would be appreciated.
Can anyone on this list tell me what other current day counties were included in Buncombe county in 1812? Best regards, J. Kurt Matheson
