Surnames: Compton, Henderson, Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/RSB.2ACE/1639 Message Board Post: Seeking information on Henderson, William and Zachariah Compton who were born in North Carolina about 1790 and then moved to Rhea Co Tenn about 1818. Believe may be related to Aquilla Compton who lived in Caswell and Orange Co NC from 1770s-early 1800's. Aquilla had many children as well as brothers who moved west. One possiblity is William son of Aquilla as possible line for these three Comptons. Can anyone help?
