Fletcher [Smith] III. Samuel (3), (Samuel (2), John (1)). Born 1790, in Rockingham Co., N.C Married Elizabeth Williamson of Caswell Co., N.C. in 1812. She was his second cousin. She died in 1815. . . . The main question about this quote, who made Samuel Smith Jr. the 2nd cousin of Elizabeth Williamson? I have her listed as dau of Sarah Swift (1763- ) and Nathan Williamson (1750- ). I would appreciate your comments and help, K. McGee
