All lived in Caswell County during the Revolution. Samuel and Anna both did patriotic service. In fact, Anna is mentioned in the Nathanial Greene Papers collection in a letter written by Col. Otho Sumner and datelined "Widow Grier's, North Carolina." I would enjoy corresponding with others researching either family. Thanks.
