Both were in Weakley Co TN by 1850. The widow of a Lyons (they spelled it Lions) was also previously married to a McGehee . She has a 16 year old dau from her McGehee marriage . I do not find the mother on 1840 census. It said she was from NC on 1850. There are also Tankersly names in the area. Do you have any Lyons married to McGehee in your files? Thanks
