I am searching for information on ELIZABETH RICHMOND, born in the 1790's in NC. In 1812 she married BENJAMIN GRISHAM/GRISSOM in Sumner County, TN. Also in Sumner at the time was a LEVI RICHMOND. Believe Levi was probably Elizabeth's younger brother, or some such relation. Elizabeth was related by marriage to the DORRIS family. I know that pre 1800 the DORRIS family was in Caswell, as was a RICHMOND family, though I don't know if the later is related to my Elizabeth and Levi.
