It would not be a surprise if White children moved from Lunenburg VA to Caswell. You may want to check information in Lunenburg depending on the time period you are working on now.

    3. Lorraine, the 1790 US Census for Caswell Co NC was destroyed, and the US Census Bureau uses instead a tax-list substitute. Therefore, we get an alphabetised list of taxpayers' names and what district they lived in, but we get no information about family structure or age. In the eight districts that were then in Caswell Co NC, only one has a Richard LYON, and that was Saint Luke's District. This is one of the four districts which the following year, in 1791, became Person Co NC. There were four taxpayers in this district surnamed LYON: Richard LYON Peter LYON Henry LYON Jane LYON Of the eight districts that were then in Caswell Co NC, only two had any LYON taxpayers. The other one was Caswell District, which remains in Caswell Co NC today and occupies roughly the northwestern quarter of it. In Caswell District were these: Robert LYON Sen. Robert LYON Jun.
