June Court 1810, Barthalomew Chadwick, Administrator: "Reuben Chadwick died seized and possessed of certain real Estate in Land lying in the County of Carteret, to wit, an undivided half of fifty acres called Titus’ Point at the eastward mouth of Taylor Creek, and an undivided half of one hundred acres on Core Banks which by virtue of the laws of this state in such case made and provided descended to and devoted on Mary Gibble wife of Frederick Gibble Sabra Davis wife of Isaiah Davis, Saphira Easlick wife of Francis Easlick Susannah Padrick (?) of Aaron Padrick, Betsey Chadwick". Sabra, daughter of Reuben, married Isaiah Davis, son of Nathan Davis and Sabra Chadwick, daughter of Samuel Chadwick.
