I am interested in your Payne Family.? Did any of them who resided in Burke Co., NC migrate to West Feliciana Parish, LA?? I had a James Young Williams marry a Charlotte Payne there.? James' father, James, resided in Burke Co., NC and moved to LA after the Rev. War.?
