I am looking for info on my great aunts, Phoebe b 1878 or 1886 and Vergie DANIELS b 1879; both were known to be dead by 1979. These sisters were the dtrs of William Anderson DANIELS and Sarah Jane JOHNSON of Mitchell (and later Avery Co.), NC. Although all eight of this couple's children were born in Western NC, some were known to scatter across the US including WA and MT while others remained in Avery Co., NC until their death.
