I am trying to determine if the Jerome M. ALDRIDGE noted below is the same as the Jerome ALDRIDGE who was the son of Waitstill ALDRIDGE and Mary Polly "Pop" "Poppie" MARKES JOHNSON. This name (Jerome) was provided to me by Audrey Franklin who is on the ALDRIDGE list.She believes him to be one of Waistill and Poppie's sons but I have not been able to locate any info on this child. In the 1930 US Federal Census for Snohomish Washington, there is a 20 yr. old white single male listed as an Inmate at the Washington State Reformatory whose name is listed as Jerome M. ALDRIDGE. This Jerome M. ALDRIDGE gives his place of birth and parents as coming from NC.
