He was the pastor of the First Bapt Ch in Morganton (1925-1934). He was the son of Elijah E Bradshaw and Sarah Ann Bush of northern Burke County. In the early 1900's he was preaching in Wilkesboro, where he was active in the temperance movement. in 1910 and 1920 he was preaching in Hickory.
