Caswell is believed to have been born abt. 1812 in Burke Co., NC. Sometime before 1840, he moved to Claiborne Co., TN then to Hart Co., KY between 1870 and 1880. Would appreciate any information on Caswell or his wife Mary Narcissa Redman (some sources say she was a Ferguson) who was also born in NC.
