My Biggs ancestors moved from Robeson Co. to Yancey Co. about 1840. My great-grandfather Duncan Biggs (1825-1915) married Clarissa Vance, whose mother was Elizabeth Blalock. Duncan had brothers---William Berry and James that I remember of. Is any of this familiar?
