Sharon --- I find no RAY cemetery listing in books. Will book has the will of Isaac & Dugold RAY. Do you have a copy of the death certificate. They have them in the CH -- we were there this past Aug & copied our records for 25 cents per copy. If the office has to copy one they are higher in cost. We have almost every book from Bladen County. Let me know if there is anything else I can look up for you. Thanks so much Allen. I had not found one either the last time I looked but that was a few years ago now. I thought maybe I had missed something when I found a death certificate listing it as a place of burial. I think that particular one I was sure wound up being in the Sykes Cemetery. It was the burial place of Clem Ray. I wonder if it also went by the Ray Cemetery at the time? The Courthouse is wonderful by the way for those who have not used it before. I went out with $20.00 worth of copies a couple of years ago. I had my mother and daughter with me and we cleaned house. That was on Edge certificates alone! I wish I could go down and spend a couple of days. They even took me down in the basement to some OLD records to do some looking. They are very accommodating to say the least. Thanks again. I may ask for some Jackson look ups at a later date once I get to diggin a little deeper.
