I have a copy of the 1784 Bladen County Census and William Bradford is listed on page 6 in Capt. Burn's District. He had 10 1/2 acres, 1 town lot, 1 white poll, and 5 black polls. Robert Harvey Willaim Elmore William Bradford John Decamp William Godfrey Joseph Cain Thomas Robeson Richard Singletary I do not find him on the 1781 or 1788 Tax List.
