I wanted more about information on his son James born about 1857 according to the 1870 census. I am trying to see if his son James is my ggrandfather Malcolm James Turner born in April 1857. The family was always told that came from NC and near Elizabethtown or something similiar. The family was located near the Cape Fear River.
