Fran -- In case you do not have Amncestry --- Jane Thomas marriage to Daniel Melvin @ White Lake - 1745. Jane b. 1734, d. 1786, b & d in Bladen Co. I know these dates are not in your yr range -- maybe connection to family. I strongly suspect there exists a connection between Jane THOMAS MELVIN and the single, head of household, Jane THOMAS in Bladen 1810, but I have not yet learned that connection. I think Jane THOMAS of Bladen 1810 must have married into a THOMAS family, but to date have no proof. In GA about 1840-1860 or so time frame, a Jonathan THOMAS shows up living near to THOMAS/WEST families of that area. No doubt there is a connection to those folks of Bladen. Thanks for writing---every little bit helps.
