I have located a couple of references to a McDowell Cemetery in Bladen County, and was wondering if anyone knows where it may be located. I'm want to see if "Obediah Eason" may be buried in this cemetery. He was an overseer on Col. John McDowell's farm, and was thrown off a horse in 1868, and died. We think he may have been buried in a McDowell Cemetery, since we can't find him anywhere else. He is not buried with his wife, or other family members.
