Eliza Shipman Nance, however, does not have an extant cemetery marker in the Shipman Cemetery, located in Columbus County on HWY 701. There were many broken markers reported by Dorothy B. McCall when she surveyed this cemetery 29 Jan 1985. Maybe Eliza's was one of those. Nadine
