Hi Frank, I see a James that was admitted by his mother Matilda in 1861 at age 2. He died, no date. A William Washington Brown, admitted by his mother Lucia Brown in 1881 at age 9. A William Flavian Brown, admitted by the Commissioners of the Poor in 1888 at age 6. Parents Jonathan and Lizzie Brown dead. I have a bit more on these if any of them look promising. The girls aren't listed.
