State of North Carolina, Bladen County In the name of God Amen, I Mary Council of County and State aforesaid, being of my right mind and perfect sense and considering the uncertainty of mental life do make and establish this my last Will and Testament in the following form; I give and bequeath unto the female heirs of my daughter Ann Smith and Maria Purdie, Mary Smith, the daughter of my daughter Margret Jane, Mary Ganse, Harry Ganse and Ann Ganse any my daughters son Samuel Ganse all and Singular the negros, stock and every kind of furniture and everything whatsoever nature or kind that I may be possesed of at my death to be equally divided among them to be forever possesed and enjoyed by them. I do also appoint and constitute and appoint Thomas Smith and J. W. Ganse to be Executors of my last Will, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
