John Hoyl III) and Elvira Damewood (b. 1813, daughter of Captain Harry Damewood) Soloman and Elvira were married in 1834. Soloman had been married to Ann Summy, sister of Rev. Jacob Hoyl's wife, Katherine Summey, Solomon and Anna were married on 14 jun 1814. Are they in any way related to your Soloman Hoyle? Sutton's Will was written 1/28/1841. He includes a bequeath in the will to his wife and two daughters but only references them as "wife and two daughters". He provides bequeaths to his son "William T" by name. He also states "appoint my Son William T. Sutton and Thomas J. Corbett Executors": Witnesses: G.W. Bannerman, Samuuel Smith. If this is the Thomas Corbett you are refering to please get back in touch with me and especially if you an your cousin are researching the Sutton family.
