Sutton's Will was written 1/28/1841. He includes a bequeath in the will to his wife and two daughters but only references them as "wife and two daughters". He provides bequeaths to his son "William T" by name. He also states "appoint my Son William T. Sutton and Thomas J. Corbett Executors": Witnesses: G.W. Bannerman, Samuuel Smith.
