Jointly and Severally? firmly by those presents sealed with our seals and dated this XIII Day of May 1778. The Condition of the above obligation is such that when as one Elizabeth HEWS hath made oath that she is with child by the said William BRYAN Now if the said William BRYAN shall will and truly maintain the said child after it is born and indunific? the parish of Society from all charges and expenses ___? _____? by reason and for the maintenance of said Basterd Child and shall will and sufficiently maintain said child untill it is fit to bind out then this obligation to be void otherwise to be and remain in full force of __?
