In The Name of God Amen August 31st 1799 I MEDEY WHITE of Bertie County and State of North Carolina Being in Sound mind and Memory Do make and ordane this my last will and Testament That Is to say Princapaly and first off all I Recomend my Sole in to the Hands of the all-mighty God Who Givith it and my Body I Recomend to the Ground to be Bured in A christan Like manner by the Care and Good will of my Executors Nothing Doubting but at the Janarel Resurrection I Shall Receve the same by the mighty Power of God and Tuching Such worldly Estate as it has Pleased God to bless me within this Life I Give desmiss and Despose the same in the followiing manner and form Imprimise or Itam .. I give and bequeath unto my youngest son CADER WHITE my manner Plantation and one Hundred Acres adjoining and one Cow and Calf and one fether bed & furneture to Him the Sade CADER His Heirs and forever Itam .. I Give unto my son GEORGE WHITE fifty acres of Land to the sd GEORG to Him and for Ever Itam .. I Give and bequeth unto my son WILLIAM WHITE Ninty acres of Land Joinding my Plantation Line Where on LUKE WHITE formerly Lived To Him the sd WILLIAM His Heirs and forever Itam ..
