I appreciate the information that was posted concerning the location of the Kiddy Hawk tract. Collin H. Hopkins and Nancy Rayner Hopkins(his wife) appointed James R. Rayner of Bertie Co.on June 23, 1845, as their attorney to sell their tract of land in Bertie Co. on the Roanoke and Middle Rivers, called the "Kiddy Hawk tract" given to Nancy Rayner by her father, Enoch Rayner of Bertie Co.
