I know that all of you appreciate as much as I do the hard work that is going into all the Census Transcribing for Bertie County. Suzan just completed 1920 Windsor District 11...and you've probably noticed has moved on to 1860! All of us applaud every single one of you. I know that some of this handwriting is just so difficult to read....and sometimes the microfilm has a poor focus when filmed...... Virginia Crilley
You are right, Virginia. Anyone who has ever tried to read an original census record and transcribe so much basic info correctly appreciates this extraordinary contribution. Thank you many times to each one who is doing this.
