Bastardy Bond 010.102.1 NCArchives Cathy Hart Farris Jan. 2002 Bertie County Society Parrish Whare as Ann ELLIS of County aforesaid hath lately been Delivered of a Bastard Child in the said Parish which said Child is Yett Living and Likely to become Chargeable to the Parish. And whare as the said Ann hath charged Ebenezer TOMLINSON of said county to have begotten the said child on her body and These are herefore in his majesties name to command you to bring the said Ebenezar TOMLINSON before us on Wednesday the 14th day of this __?
