Whearas complaint is this Day made to us by Sarah HENDRICKS that William JORDAN by Mildred his wife is justly indebted to her the full sum of ten pounds late current bills by acct. and neglects payment. These are therefor in his Majestys name to require you on sight hereof to bring the said William JORDAN and Mildred his wife before us or some other two justices of the peace for said county to answer the premises herein fail not given under our hands and seals the 9th day of August 1748.
