    3. Hello Janet & All, I descend from Christopher Hollyman and Margaret Byrd Hollyman thru their grandson/ggrandson, William Holloman, who was b ca 1775 in Hertford Co. I am missing one or two generations of his Hollyman given name/s. Wm HOLLOMAN was the son of Jemima KING HOLLOMAN who was the dau of Charles KING and Judith WIMBERLY KING of Bertie near/at Loosing Swamp. Wm HOLLOMAN had a sister, Judith HOLLOMAN , who married Ryan O. JERNIGAN in Bertie Co. Wm HOLLOMAN married Nancy BAKER HOLLOMAN (the dau of James BAKER of Hertford Co.) in ca 1800. Thier first two children, Mary & Samuel, were born in Hertford Co. In 1804, Wm & Nancy BAKER HOLLOMAN left Hertford Co., NC for Kentucky where they remained until death. I would sooooo very appreciate ANY info anyone may have on these related families...it is certainly quite a puzzzle! If anything at all rings a bell please let me know as I have been getting nowhere fast for a very long time! Thanks so much.
