I believe Jarsey's parents were James and Temperance Morris.. I had been told that it was Allen and Sarah Morris.. Allen and Sarah did have a daughter named Charlotte but I do not know what became of her... I feel that she had a child out of wedlock and possibly died from child birth.. I found a Charlotte Morris living in a house hold of Carters in 1860 not too far from Allen and Sarah Morris.. I did not find a marriage for another Charlotte and I did not find Charlotte listed in any other census records after 1860.. But in 1870 Allen Morris had remarried to another Sarah in Sept. 1870 and there was a child living in the house hold who was 8 years old... I believe this Celestina was Charlotte's daughter which would be Allen's granddaughter... In Allen's will in 1871 his daughter Charlotte was not mentioned but he called the girl Celestina his daughter... So I feel safe to say that Jarsey Morris is the daughter of James and Temperance Morris.. But here is a census of James and Temperance Morris with a daughter Jarsey C. 19 years old listed with them in 1850...
