    3. I was shocked to hear about Neil's death, and also that of Jim Hollomon. Both have contributed so much over the years and I will miss them. Here is part of the obit for Jim Hollomon, which can be found at http://www.roanoke-chowannewsherald.com/obits/2009/mar/12/james-holloman/ From the Roanoke-Chowan News-Herald: James Howard Hollomon, "Uncle Jimmy", 75 of 108 West Burgess Street, Elizabeth City, NC died Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at Albemarle Hospital. Mr. Hollomon, a native of Hertford County, was the son of the late Hunter Hollomon and Mabel Wynns Hollomon and the husband of Dorothy Bland Hollomon of the residence. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force after twenty-six years in Security Services, a NCOA Lifetime Member, and a member of the Salvation Army. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Steven Wayne Hollomon of Elizabeth City, NC and Brian Keith Hollomon of Goldsboro, NC; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at the Salvation Army, 906 Fourth Street, Elizabeth City, NC with Captain James McGee officiating on Friday, March 13, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Stoney Creek Cemetery, Ahoskie, NC.
