Hello, What I need to know is who she was married to. I know that she raised my gggrandfather (George Phelps) but, what I don't know is how she is related to me. I know she is via family legend but, I have not found any connection. Any information would be very helpful. www.familysearch.org identifies John Parker as Parthenia's husband. Also, Parthenia's maiden name is listed as Baker. Unfortunately, there is no source information listed for this record.
