Ok people we need your help here. Is there anyone else out there working the Cooke families of Bertie and Hertford County. This has been a brick wall for my family for quite a while. Were originally in the Roxobel/Kelford area and later moved to Hertford county near Early's Station area. This is my great great grandfather. He was married to Sarah (Sally) Phelps.
