    3. Actually, there haven't been that many emails regarding recipes. The emails with the subject "recipe", except for maybe 4 of them, were regarding the Nichols family. Those of us discussing the Nichols family just need to start a new email entitled "Nichols" instead of "Recipe". That would solve the whole problem. I have been a member of this mailing list for 7 years and I can think of only one other time that food was discussed. A few years ago we discussed cornbread for a couple of days. Discussing food on the Bertie Co. mailing list has not been a chronic problem. In fact, it seems to me that the subject of cracklins as pretty much fizzled out.
