I have corresponded with James Hollomon for nearly 20 years on our Hollomon and related family lines. In fact, I just sent him an email last week because I was wondering about him as I had not heard from him in awhile. James Hollomon was the man to go to for all things Hollomon and for much other Bertie/Hertford info...long before the ease of computer research..he had acquired so much from time spent in courthouses and shared so much of himself and his info by "snail mail" with so many of us. Although I never met James, I considered him a friend and I will miss him as so many others will also.
