    3. Dave, I am not sure that you received my email. I am coming to Windsor, NC in April. The 21st to be exact. I understand that you are an expert in Castellaw family history. Since I am a descendent of the Castellaws, I would like to visit with you. Do you live close to Windsor? I will be there the 22nd and the 23rd. Please let me know if there is a chance that we can meet. Sincerely, Joan Baker

    1. [NCBERTIE] Tabitha Braswell (Veal will)
    2. Virginia Crilley
    3. A Tabitha Braswell is mentioned as an inheritor in Thomas Veal's will of 1806 - Bertie County. She isn't a daughter -- Thomas identifies his daughters, but she is to receive (after his wife's death) a feather bed, cow and calf, which makes her a significant heir. But I can't figure out how she is related to Thomas Veal. (Not sure if this is a married name or her maiden name) If anyone is on a Braswell List please forward this on. Virginia
