NC Query Forum Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/NC/Avery/424 Surname: Shell, Prather, Burns ------------------------- I am looking for George Shell(b1847) who left Carter Co after 1870 and came to Avery Co NC - He married a Mary Prather sometime, somewhere and when I found him again he was on the 1900 Madison Co NC cencus with a new wife(Sallie Morrow) So, could I request a census check for 1880 Avery Co census and a marriage check. I would be most grateful and would love to share what I have with anyone researching this line.
