Hi, Audrey :) I have Barbara F. Taylor in my database but no info on her parentage. She is in the 1850 census for Watauga County, and the 1860, 1870 Census for Burke County, NC. I have her birth as August 26, 1806 and her death as April 12, 1891. I didn't list sources for these dates (I hate myself sometimes). I have some info on their children if you want it. Sarah Taylor m. Isiah Franklin - Isiah is mentioned in Gurney Franklin's "The Franklin Genealogy" (yikes! - but better than no source at all) and I have a note beside Sarah to "look in Avery County Heritage Vol. I. No more info on her at this point. Hannah Taylor is mentioned in the 1860 and 1870 census for Burke County. No info on her parents but I have info on their children if you want it. You probably have more info on descendants of these folks than I do, and a lot of my info came from you I'm sure, but I'll be happy to send it back to you :) Leslie > -----Original Message----- > From: Audrey Annable Franklin [mailto:jrfranklin@earthlink.net] > Sent: Saturday, November 04, 2000 2:38 PM > To: NCAVERY-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: Re: [NCAVERY] Wiseman/Taylor > > > I have quite a few Taylors in my data but they are collateral and not > families.
