Could anyone tell me if there are any records for newspaper in the Elk Park area between 1890-1895. Or if there was a public record of mortality during that period? I am looking for a death date for Laura A. Mills Stamper. She was alive in 1889 when her mother's will listed her as living in Elk Park, but dead before 1895, as her 'widower' husband remarried.
