The 2nd Annual Heritage Fest will take place on the Square in Down Town Newland on June 3, 2000. Family Booths are available for $25.00. This includes a tent, table, two folding chairs, and a sign with your family name on it. You will probably prefer to bring lawn chairs so that you will be more comfortable. The Family Booth is the place for your kin-folk to gather to exchange information. We already have branches of several families signed up: Watson, Burleson, Tolley, Franklin, Vance, Buchanan, McCourry, Fletcher, Hughes, and Aldridge.
