Her mother's first name was Neely. She had at least two brothers, Kelsey P. (1888-1962) and Milligan Shuford (1893-1974). Both married and had children. Greenberry was generally known as "Berry". They are all buried in Mount Pisgah Methodist Episcopalian Cemetery outside Altamont, Avery Co., NC.
