Smith of Avery/Watauga counties. In particular I am looking for the date of death and place of burial for Eliza. I am fairly certain she died between 1910-1920. I am also seeking information regarding her parents, Washington and Mary Polly Smith. Eliza and Richard were married in Rockingham county, NC in 1868 but I can find no trace of her parents.I would appreciate any help as this has been a major stumbling block.
