Ralph, I know of the Jones that married into the Allen family. This is all that I have on that family: Verda Allen born March 31, 1912; died January 01, 2000 married Ralston Levie Jones born September 12, 1909; died April 25, 1967. I know that they had eleven children; 4 sons and 7 daughters. However, I don't know anything else about them. Verda Allen was a sister of James Garfield Allen. James Garfield Allen was the father of James Earl Otis Allen, who is my maternal grandfather. I would love any additional information that anyone has on this family. So I'll send this to the entire list as well as to you, Ralph. I have been to the cemetary where they are buried. And I have also been up Pine Mtn. Road. However, I don't know anything much about the area or the people living there. I was born and reared in Johnson County, TN. Anyway, I really would like to know these cousins!
