Hello Everyone, Does anyone have any more info on the following court records, who was Catherine Day,why was she bound out. Any ideas or input on this, would love to hear them. Ashe County, NC Court Record Abstracts 1832-1834 25 Feb 1833 - Ordered by the court that Cornelius Vanover Jr. bring to next court an infant child by the name of ------ Day in and that the same may be bound out. 3 May 1833 Thursday - Ordered by the court that the sheriff bring Catherine Day an orphan child to the next court to be bound 25 Aug Cornelius Vanover road work.
