Lisa, Do you have any information on a "Rixie Woodie"? He lived at Glendale Springs and married Virginia Worley? Both are dead now but Virginia was my half sister. She was b about 1930 and Rixie b in the late 20's. He was also a half brother to Leonard Miller who also was married to another half sister of mine. I think they are still alive and living in Ashe county near Glendale Springs. I was born and raised near West Jefferson, but left there when I finished high school almost 50 years ago, so I have lost touch with most of the family there, but I would like to find out a little more about Rixie and his family if I could..
