Hi List, I got this email today and thought that you might like to know about this. If there is anything you can think of to try to stop this. Please let this lady know. Also, would you forward this to anyone else who might be interested or that you think can help. Could you give me any information that you have on St. Paul Lutheran church. I see that you have posted parts of chapters. We have a dilemma and I need your help. The Dept. of Transportation wants to re-route highway 62 which now goes through the village of Alamance to go beside St. Paul Lutheran Church. This will cut across our family land where the old trading path is and run "right" beside the church cemetery. This will include part of Virginia Fausel, Aunt Jenny's property and my other families. To make a long story short, I need all the historic information I can get on the church and the cemetery. If you know of any other web pages with information please let me know. If you can supply me with that and any resources it would be greatly appreciated. I have emailed Larry Noah. He knows me because I gave him Aunt Jenny's, (Virginia Fausel), permission to use her notes on St. Paul's web page that he has. The village board will take a vote on Monday night. This information may not help but it won't hurt. Thank you. Lisa Wright Siler City North Carolina
