The register of deeds is located in Graham, NC. I do not know the exact address but it is in Graham. They charge $1.00 for uncertified copies and $5.00 for certified copies. There is no charge to look at the books. They have a very nice place set up for genealogists. Hope this helps. Joyce Harrison
