Is this Joiner Palmer the one that was in the Alamance Co 1850 census ? If so do you know if he married Susan Hightower first and Catherine Whittenburg 2nd ? This is my ancestor and with such an unusual name as Joiner I thought it might be the same. This family af Palmer's were in Wright Co and Webster County and then Jasper Co, Mo.
