Daniel married Lizzie Bass b.10/23/1866 d.5/23/1918 and moved his family sometime around the turn of the century from the Little Texas settlement in Alamance Co. to the Guilford College area in Guilford Co. Daniel had five children; James and John(twins), Paul, Lillian, and Lizzie. Daniel had a second wife by the name of Sallie, last name unknown, b.10/7/1873 d.7/22/1946. I am also trying to locate any information on the families of Rev. John Wesley Jones b.1854 d.1930 and his wife, Laura Goforth b.9/28/1857 d.12/4/1911. I am not certain as to the number of children they had, but know of one daughter Cornelia b.3/18/1895 d.11/21/1940 and possibly a Hettie b.1895 d.1962(if not a sister to Cornelia, maybe a cousin?)
